Space Requirements & Resources

The MicroTouch control must be installed inside the shower and mounted 60 inches from the floor to the center of the controller. To ensure optimal performance and safety, do not place the control adjacent to the SteamVection Steam Head—it should be installed as far away from the steam outlet as possible. For complete guidelines, please refer to the product manuals.

Install the steam head 24 inches above the shower floor and at least 6 inches from all corners. Do not install it beneath seating or benches; avoid placing it near the controller. The outlet must be sealed to prevent vapor intrusion into the shower walls. For complete guidelines, please refer to the installation manual.

For the steam shower enclosure, use non-porous, moisture-resistant materials like porcelain or ceramic tile, tempered glass, and sealed grout. While natural stone is an option, it must be sealed regularly. Choose rust-resistant fixtures, and for seating, use treated, moisture-safe woods like teak.
