With this acquisition, Jennifer Thayer has been appointed as CEO of Thermasol, in addition to her current roles as President of Harvia US Inc. and Head of Region, North America.
“I’m honored to lead Thermasol into this exciting new chapter,” says Thayer. “Thermasol has built a legacy of quality and innovation, and together with Harvia, we will expand that vision to reach even more homes and hospitality projects across the globe.”
We also extend a warm welcome to Mitch Altman, Thermasol’s longtime CEO, who joins the Harvia team as a Strategic Adviser. Mitch will play a key role in supporting the integration before stepping back from daily operations.
