PRO Series, AF Series, and SSM Series Generators manufactured from June 1, 2007 – current.No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is provided for these generators when installed or used in any non-residential setting.

“In-Home” Limited Warranty Thermasol extends to the original purchaser a 2-year limited “In-Home” warranty to repair or replace (at its discretion) PRO Series generator parts found to have manufacturing defects, including the necessary labor. The same 2-year limited “In-Home” warranty applies to AF Series and SSM Series generators.After the “In-Home” warranty expires, the Lifetime - Factory Limited Warranty applies.

Lifetime - Factory Limited Warranty Thermasol will replace any defective parts for the life of the product and will cover the labor at the factory. The customer is responsible for removal/installation and shipping to and from the factory in Round Rock, TX. Thermasol guarantees all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

• Signature Series, Temp-Touch Series, MicroTouch Series Control Kits (from June 1, 2007 – current): 5-year replacement from the date of original purchase

• ThermaTouch, SignaTouch Control: 2-year replacement from the date of original purchase

• Customer is responsible for removal/installation and shipping to and from the factory. Limited Finish Warranty applies.

Accessories including Fog-Free Mirrors, In-Shower Lights, Shower Seats, Showerproof Speakers, Self Powered Bluetooth Speakers, and Digital Shower Valve Accessories (manufactured from June 1, 2007 – current) carry a 1-year replacement warranty from the original purchase date.

Applies to original retail purchaser or end user, covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The use of lead-based or acidic sealants, acids, abrasives, or detergents voids the finish warranty. Only neutral-curing sealants that are non-reactive with metal/brass finishes may be used.

Warranty periods:

• Group A/B Finishes: Five years from date of purchase
• Custom Finishes: No finish warranty applies

Defective materials must be inspected by Thermasol. If found defective, Thermasol reserves the right to repair, replace, or adjust the product at no charge. Claims for labor, shipping, or consequential damages are not covered. Thermasol is not responsible for removal/installation costs.

Warranties will be voided under the following:

1. Improper installation (e.g., non-code compliant)
2. Use of residential units in commercial applications
3. Service by unauthorized personnel
4. Inaccessible installation preventing service
5. Unpaid non-warranty repairs
6. Modifications to the unit
7. Use of non-Thermasol repair parts
8. Altered or missing serial number

LIMITATIONS

1. Thermasol is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
2. Thermasol is not responsible for service delays.
3. Local in-home service is not guaranteed. Units may require factory servicing.
4. Warranties are non-transferable and not valid for used, refurbished, or “as is” purchases. No agent may extend any other warranties.

These warranties are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes must be submitted to arbitration in Texas.

Guaranteed one year from date of purchase, covering heater parts (elements, controls, contactors, etc.) for manufacturing defects only. Warranty excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or poor maintenance
• Chemical exposure (e.g., spa water on sauna stones)
• Installation by uncertified electrician or non-qualified service rep
• Improper usage (e.g., shower in sauna room)

Warranty does not extend beyond the initial 1-year term. Labor for repairs is not included unless returned to the Portland, OR agent within five years.

Thermasol sauna rooms are warranted for 1 year from substantial project completion, covering defective workmanship/materials. Warranty excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, maintenance, or use
• Unauthorized alterations
• Chemical damage to heaters
• Use of showers in sauna rooms

To qualify, product must be installed by a certified electrician or qualified service representative and registered within 15 days of purchase. Applies only to original installation and purchaser.
