Italian Bergamot Essential Oils
Bergamot Oil gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive taste and aroma. Bergamot flowers are cultivated and distilled from a small Mediterranean citrus tree native to Bergamo, Italy.
If you like the smell of fresh citrus, Bergamot is a wonderful car and room deodorizer.
In your Steamshower ~ simply add 2 to 4 drops of ThermaSol’s Italian Bergamot Oil to the steamhead reservoir before your steam session to refresh and invigorate your mind and body and relieve tension and stress. Feel as if you have been transported to the Italian Coast with the steamy ocean air and the scent of fresh Bergamot blossoms surrounding your senses.
Additional therapeutic use:
Simple Inhalation ~ to relieve anxiety, depression and insomnia simply place 3 drops of the Bergamot Oil on a cloth or tissue, hold to your nose and inhale five times. Repeat as needed.
*Bergamot should NOT be applied directly to the skin without high dilution – as it may be photosensitizing to the skin.
