How it works:

SmartSteam produces the precise volume of steam required to maintain your desired room temperature while conserving energy and providing a quiet relaxed steam bath experience. This is accomplished by metering the output of power; the unit only uses enough power to support your requested temperature; no more, no less. For example: if you have a 10 kW generator and you set the temperature at 100 degrees it will use all 10 kW to get to your set temperature but to maintain your temperature it will scale back the power to only what is needed; perhaps 3kw thereby saving energy. Steam Bath Competitors:

Competitive generators turn on and off to maintain the set temperature, and use plenty of energy in doing so. Additionally, this old method creates both an overshoot in room temperature (a room that is too hot & uncomfortable) and an undershoot (a room too cold & uncomfortable). The old method works but it is akin to driving your car with either full gas or full brakes. By turning the unit on and off to maintain temperature you also add a noise factor not found in Pro Series generators.
