If you are experiencing spastic muscles or cramps, massage 1 to 2 drops of Chamomile Oil onto the skin area before your steam session.
Additional topical and therapeutic uses:
Simple Inhalation ~ to immediately relieve PMS symptoms, emotional anxiety and tension, simply place 3 drops of Chamomile Oil on a cloth or tissue, hold to your nose and inhale five times. Repeat as needed.
