Portuguese Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Eucalyptus has long been used in treating coughs or respiratory congestion.  Because of it s rich content of 1.8 cineol, it offers a solution for clear, cool and healthy breathing.  Eucalyptus is also a wonderful air purifier and can be diffused to kill germs in infectious or polluted environments.

In your Steamshower ~ simply add 2 to 4 drops of ThermaSol’s Portuguese Eucalyptus Oil to the steamhead reservoir before your steam session to help clear your sinuses and loosen lung congestion to help you to breathe more freely.  You can also place 2 drops on sore muscles while steaming to relieve overworked muscle soreness and stiffness.  The effects are felt immediately and will help your body to relax and rejuvenate.

Additional therapeutic use:

Simple Inhalation ~ if you are suffering from a cold or congestion, simply place 3 drops of Eucalyptus Oil on a cloth or tissue, hold to your nose and inhale five times.  This will help to clear the respiratory tract and allow you to breathe more freely.  Repeat as needed.


*Do not use Eucalyptus if you have asthma.
