From the Showroom

I have known Steve Singer, co-owner of Pipeline Supply in Hopkins, Minnesota, for almost a decade and he has become a personal friend of mine. Steve has a great personality, is well-known in the industry and believes in the integrity and value of ThermaSol products.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Steve’s showroom for the first time. I was impressed by the design, layout and efficient day-to-day operations at Pipeline Supply. The showroom is very streamlined and showcases the newest and latest products in an eye-catching way. Pipeline Supply is an exclusive ThermaSol dealer and has one of the nicest Serenity Light and Music system displays I have ever seen.

Mike Straw and I attended Pipeline Supply’s annual tent event, which is held outside the showroom. There was a strong turnout- approximately three times more plumbing and trade professionals attended than the previous year – and ThermaSol had the best table at the event. Situated at the front entrance, all attendees had to pass by the booth. We also held a promotion: if attendees spent at least five minutes talking to us about ThermaSol, they received five spins on the wheel for a chance to win a cash prize. The wheel ended up being a fun add-on and really drew people in.

After the event, Mike and I enjoyed a nice dinner with Steve and he showed us around town. We really appreciate Steve Singers’ generosity, as well as Steve Rakieten and Doug Hall with Water Design Group – our local ThermaSol representatives, and we look forward to returning next year.
